Spiced Chai TWIST

These scrolls are built on a Lebanese-style dough made with Greek yogurt and olive oil — softer and more pillowy than a standard enriched dough, with a tender crumb that pulls apart in thick, layered ribbons. The filling is chai-inspired: butter and brown sugar spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and clove, spread generously all the way to the edges so every layer is rich and fragrant.

Cut thick, baked until just golden, and glazed immediately out of the oven so the icing melts down into every crevice and pools at the base. Finished with a powdered sugar dusting.
