Refund policy
TWIST, LLC REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
At TWIST Table, every order is prepared fresh in small batches specifically for our customers. Because our products are handmade and perishable, we have established the following Refund Policy.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before production has begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded because products are made specifically for your order.
If TWIST Table is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final once your order has been picked up or delivered.
We do not accept returns of food products.
3. Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the scheduled pickup window.
Orders that are not picked up within the scheduled pickup period may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays, we cannot guarantee product quality after extended holding times.
4. Local Delivery Orders
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and when specified ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
TWIST, LLC is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, damaged, or spoiled after delivery has been completed.
5. Quality Concerns
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you believe your order was incorrect, damaged before pickup or delivery, or failed to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your order.
To help us evaluate your concern, we may request:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
Depending on the circumstances, TWIST Table may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue a store credit
- Provide a partial refund
- Provide a full refund
6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Ingredient information is available upon request.
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before placing an order.
Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities when ingredients or allergen information were available before purchase.
7. Customer Errors
Refunds will not be provided for orders affected by customer errors, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect delivery address
- Missed pickup appointments
- Failure to follow storage instructions
- Incorrect product selections made during checkout
- Failure to review order details before submitting payment
8. Payment Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
